We are keeping our production of these masks in the United States in order to support the manufacturing partners who have supported us throughout our 18 years in business. As a result, our production capacity is extremely limited and will be re-stocking periodically.
The cost to produce and deliver a single mask is approximately $18.00 to $21.00. Each individual mask purchase allows us to donate $5.00 to City Harvest and those most affected by COVID-19 while reinvesting the remainder of proceeds to support local workers and the continued manufacturing of non-medical masks.
Mask purchases are final sale and excluded from additional promotions and discounts.
Our non-medical masks are not intended for healthcare use or to prevent COVID-19 or any other disease. You should still follow all CDC-advised precautions and other advice from medical professionals. Additional precautions to protect from Covid-19 while wearing masks include handwashing, wearing gloves, and avoiding touching your face and practicing social distancing.
We have ensured that our manufacturing partners are providing the necessary PPE to those manufacturing our masks and following social distancing guidelines within manufacturing facilities to keep our garment workers safe.
Due to higher than normal volume and the impact of COVID-19, we're experiencing processing delays for online orders and anticipate returns and/or refunds will take longer than our usual 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your return and refund to process.
We've lowered our prices. Everything at rag-bone.com is discounted from 25-70%. This offer is valid on purchases made online at www.wptechhelp.com only. Our reduced pricing will end on 5/1/20 at 11:59PM PT but may be extended at rag & bone's discretion. The reduced pricing is not valid for the purchase of gift cards. These prices do not apply to prior purchases.
We are closely monitoring the situation in all of our facilities and following the guidance of the CDC, which advises meticulous cleaning and disinfecting of frequently touched surfaces as the most important measures of prevention. Our teams and facilities are being constantly equipped with the proper training, tools, and sanitization materials necessary.
Though we love having you stop by our shops, our stores remain closed temporarily and we will notify the community as the situation evolves.
To ease returns and flexibility, product purchases made within 30 days of March 17th will be accepted with receipt within 30 days of the store’s reopening. We ask all items abide by our return policy, and are unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase is presented. Fragrance must be returned in its original packaging with the cellophane intact. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
As always, for eligible online orders, our hassle-free returns will come with a prepaid UPS Ground Return label. Fill out the return section of the packing slip and place it inside the box, then peel off the return label, stick it to the outside of your shipping box, and drop off the package at your nearest UPS. In an attempt to limit outside packages and due to recent store closures, we have halted our repair process. For all concerns regarding repairs, we ask that you reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, style number, notes regarding the repair, images of any damages, and proof of purchase.
